Changing screen size

(This forum structure is INCOMPREHENSIBLE...)
I realise that somebody has probably already asked about it, but I would appreciate some help. I want to play "Take a Break! Pinball". This game is hard to run becase it's neither DOS nor modern Windows, it was written for 16-bit Windows and doesn't work on 64-bit. At the same time, it seems that there are no Win3 emulators which are simpler than virtual machines. I just wanted to catch some screenshots, really. However, they are distorted. The game's original size is 640x480 - how can I change the game windows's size to this? As I said, I would really appreciate help - I'm no hacker, no coder, no programmer, don't know how to do complicated stuff with computers, but I simply like old games and good old 2D graphics.
