Bert Higgins: The Man From Hell Description
Bert Higgins: The Man From H.E.L.L. is a top-down shooter akin to Alien Breed and Project Paradise, but with more weapons and goods and a higher level of involvement with the environment.
On different tasks, the player controls Bert Higgins, an FDI-created cyborg. The game encourages players to investigate the terrain and approach foes with caution rather than just dashing around with weapons blazing.
