In Cadash, the kingdom of Dilsarl is in trouble as the evil arch-mage Balrog has abducted the young and beautiful Princess Salasa. The king of Dilsarl is in trouble as his young and beautiful daughter, Princess Salasa, has been abducted by the evil arch-mage Balrog. To save the princess, the king enlists the aid of the four most skilled warriors in the land. Their mission is clear but challenging: locate Balrog, defeat his minions and the other monsters prowling the land, and ultimately rescue the princess.

This platform action role-playing game offers four character classes to choose from at the beginning of the game: fighter, priestess, mage, or ninja (the Genesis version has only two characters: fighter and mage). As the protagonist, you will fight your way through dungeons, using physical attacks or casting spells (as a priestess or mage). The game also features typical platformer elements such as jumping, ducking, and climbing. As you defeat monsters, your character gains experience and levels up in true RPG fashion.
