Also referred to as Mega Man 3 (PC), or Mega Man 3 ( DOS), is a game made for the old system of PC , known as MS-DOS . Capcom USA had provided the license of "Mega Man" Hi Tech Expressions in 1990 for the realization of Mega Man (DOS) , and the license available yet decided to create a "sequel" to publish this game on diskette format in March 1992 under the title of "Mega Man 3" taking advantage of the fame of the NES game.
