Santa Paravia and Fiumaccio Description

Santa Paravia en Fiumaccio is one of the first examples of business simulation game . The first version was created by George Blank in language BASIC , and was published as source code in the December 1978 of softside, magazine holders of ' home computers TRS-80 . Later improved versions have been published via physical media to Instant Software for the same TRS-80, Apple II and Commodore PET , and later by StarSoft for MS-DOS , Amiga and Commodore 64 with new graphics. In 2003 it was published the source code of the game adapted into C language , with the original author's permission.

The game, to "annual" rounds, is set in Italy during the Renaissance , and takes the gameplay to a previous title, Hammurabi , however, by adding different elements among which the most notable is a graphical representation of the progress of our kingdom. The economy is focused on the trade and production of wheat , and must be balanced according to supply and demand of the population.
