Neosoft Quikmenu III Description
Neosoft's QuikMenu III is an icon-based graphical menu and desktop application for DOS systems. It has many are powerful file management utilities that at the time were a rival to Windows. Used mainly for file management and executing DOS games the software also had the ability to Modem dial, Password protect files from the menu, screen savers, phone databases, use tracking, background wallpaper, free-form layout and more. The software had an unregistered version which was unlocked with a serial number.
You can still purchase Quikmenu, but is offered as a free download on Neosoft's site because they expect you to try it first given it doesn't work on new platforms.
